If you are not satisfied with your product, we’ll be more than happy to solve your issue.
However, to qualify a refund, items should be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days from the delivery, with
the retail receipt.
In this case, the customer pays the transportation cost for the return.
The full value of the item purchased (except for the shipping costs) will be refunded as long as we process the returned item, within 7 days. You will be notified via email when the transaction has taken place.
